How do I report a safety issue?

Learners tap Need a grown-up? in the kid workspace. Grown-ups can still email safety@wondermind.app. In an emergency, call local services first.

In the learner app

The kid header has Need a grown-up? It files a lockboxed safety note with a category and optional details. It does not message other learners. Parents do not see the raw note in wellbeing cards.

What happens next

Production operators still need a staffed review queue. A human response depends on the deployed safety process, not on this demo mailbox alone. See /status.

Responsible disclosure

Security bugs in the software belong at safety@wondermind.app or the policy in /.well-known/security.txt. Do not include exploit code in a child-facing ticket. Do not run attacks against the published demo family.

What happens if a learner is in crisis?
WonderMind answers with care, drops the lesson, and points to a trusted adult or professional help. It is not a therapist.
What should never be shared with the Guide?
Do not share an address, school name, phone number, password, health detail, or someone else's private secret.
How are AI answers checked?
Inputs and outputs pass a stage-aware filter. Younger stages buffer the full reply before it appears on screen.
