How do I sign out other devices?

Parents have a Sign out other sessions control. It keeps this browser signed in and invalidates every other JWT on the account.

When to use it

A shared computer at school, a lost laptop, or a password you just rotated. The control lives on the parent dashboard beside the plan cards.

What it invalidates

Every session cookie that carries the previous token version, including learner sessions that were minted under that parent account. Kids will need their PIN again.

This browser stays

The current tab is re-signed with the new version so you are not locked out of the button you just pressed.

How do I reset a password?
Use Forgot password on the grown-up login tab. The reset link expires in an hour and signs out every other session.
How does kid PIN login work?
Find the family by the grown-up's email, tap an avatar, and enter the four-digit PIN. The server checks the hash.
How do parent controls work?
From a child's report you can set time limits, hidden subjects, exploration access, sensitive-topic alerts, and Co-pilot mode.
